I originally didn’t like Fred again.. I thought he was very overrated and his style of edm/house was nothing to marvel about, then I went deeper into his oeuvre, I found some pieces I really really enjoyed. This song specifically drew me in because I am a massive Jim Legxacy fan, I believe he did exactly what he does best on this track, and his artistry works perfectly within a house vacuum. I’m pretty unfamiliar with the other feature, Jozzy, and not quite exactly sure what his role in this song is, but I want to say he did whatever he did on this song pretty well because it sounds great. Sonically speaking, The song has a mellow, meditative vibe, carried by a drifting beat and an emotionally charged flow. Toward the end, there's an engaging switch that catches your attention. On Instagram, Fred shared, "This song is about missing home", and I think it delivers in every category it aims to reach.
