A Quadeca produced Kevin Abstract track featuring Lil Nas X was not on any 2024 bucket lists of mine, but wow I will definitely take it. Not in a million years would I expect this level of niche youtube collaboration on an actually decent track, but I guess it just happened. Aside from the super vulgar and suggestive lyrics this track is pretty awesome, the production from Quadeca delivers a super nice melody and a speed that works perfectly with Lil Nas X and Kevin. The production really adds to the aesthetic of this project, the glittery synth work in the back, the strong drums, it all just compliments Kevin and Lil Nas X extremely well. I really liked Lil Nas on this track, his verses were very fun and catchy and his chorus of “I don’t want to know…, past lovers and relations…” is extremely catchy and I can definitely see it going viral on social media. I really look forward to seeing these three work together in the future as I thoroughly enjoyed the sound of this project, although the lyrics kind of weirded me out.
