The Truman Show

Im not completely sure how to critique this soundtrack without delving too far into the story of things, but there is not a lot to say about this soundtrack alone. This album goes hand in hand with the movie to create one of my favorite ost’s ever, each song individually is great, theres nothing groundbreaking or cray, but just very very solid and in tune with the movie. A personal favorite for me is Truman Sleeps with its serene and beautiful piano, I play this song to sleep and study a whole lot. This movie is honestly one of the coolest and most unique ones I've seen. The soundtrack is perfect too—anything over the top or super dramatic would've totally ruined it. Plus, the fact that the music was actually played live in the studio while filming just makes the whole thing even creepier in the best way possible.
