May It Never Falter

I randomly threw on May It Never Falter, and honestly, I was kind of blown away by how solid the ideas glaive plays with are. The beats are super tight, his vocals are catchy as hell, and the lyrics hit that perfect emo vibe. But man, everything is just so short! If there were even like 10 more minutes, I feel like it would’ve left a much bigger impact and felt way more complete.

That being said, I still loved what he was going for here, and for the most part, he really pulls it off. It's just... way too short! Still, despite that, I’m really curious to see where glaive goes next, and this album definitely convinced me to dive into his older stuff. May It Never Falter is a solid listen, and for 23 minutes, it's totally worth it—but it's not quite brilliant.
